Kew Residence

This 3 bedroom semi-detached Edwardian home with views over the historic Kew Gardens, underwent a full renovation including a loft extension with an additional ensuite bedroom and a rear extension to replace the dated UPVC conservatory with a contemporary open-plan entertaining space complete with steel bi-fold doors. The redesign included layout reconfiguration to include a separate laundry room & cloakroom to the ground floor. In addition, the house now offers three ensuite bedrooms, a private office space, a craft room with plentiful bespoke storage, a formal reception and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with bi-fold doors on to the newly landscaped garden, designed for entertaining. The design service also included designing a bespoke staircase and balustrade with steel spindles to reference the new internal and external steel doors, which is a key feature in the centre of the home which leads up to the new loft suite.
